By accessing this Site and completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges that the safe and correct use of NOIRELLE products is the sole responsibility of the adult user, and that NOIRELLE shall bear no liability for outcomes resulting from user decisions made during product use. High-heel and platform footwear carries inherent risks of which the customer is presumed to be aware prior to purchase. By purchasing, the customer voluntarily assumes all such risks.
